You must meet the minimum age required by Apple's App Store and Google Play in your region (typically 13 for users in the United States unless a higher age applies in your country). By using the App, you represent that you meet that requirement.

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account Registration

Guest or limited local use may be available without an account, subject to feature limits shown in the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and vehicle or feature limits are as shown in the App and in Apple App Store / Google Play at checkout. Prices may vary by region and currency.

Payments are processed by Apple and/or Google. Renewals and cancellations follow platform rules. Refund requests must generally be directed to Apple or Google per their policies.

When you cancel, access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless the platforms specify otherwise.

If your subscription lapses or you downgrade, cloud-related features may become unavailable; export or save data you need beforehand.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload (vehicles, documents, photos).

License to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up your content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service, including optional AI-assisted processing you initiate, and security and compliance.

Aggregated and anonymized data. We may derive aggregated, anonymized statistics or datasets that do not reasonably identify you. Use of such information is described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this license transfers ownership of your underlying documents to third parties in identifiable form.

Responsibility. You represent you have the rights needed to upload your content and that doing so does not violate third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The App (excluding your content), including branding and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App as permitted by these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses services such as Google Firebase, Google AI (Gemini), RevenueCat, and platform billing. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

10. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information, including international transfers, Chilean and other privacy rights, aggregated anonymized uses where applicable, and U.S. state disclosures.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING CHILEAN CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, WHERE IT APPLIES TO YOU):

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH A CAP IS PROHIBITED.

Primary law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
